Josh Kurmel has been very responsive, forthcoming, and helpful as we explored the possibility of replacing our gas furnace with a heat pump for cooling as well as heating. His team installed the indoor and outdoor units in a couple of days and tied them into our solar-electric system to keep it ON if there’s a grid outage. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. I value their talent in fixing my very old furnace…it is still running! And their honesty regarding how to proceed. I have spoken to other services who “sell” rebates by increasing their rates. When we buy a new furnace, it will be with Josh.
The draft inducer motor on our Bryant furnace went bad, so the furnace would not come on at all. We appreciate the professionalism and quick response that we received from Controlled Air Systems. Repair tech Justin was able to acquire and install a new motor in short order. All good now. The cost of the repair was not cheap, but considering Justin had to make two trips to our house and also handle the logistics of acquiring a new motor, I would say that the price was fair.
