Control Heating & Cooling was brought in by our GC to handle the HVAC and ventilation for our full gut rehab. From start to finish, their work has been riddled with issues – sloppy workmanship, lack of communication, and ultimately, deception. On Monday morning we noticed that our heat wasn't working. It was 30 degrees outside and our house (built in 1883) started to quickly get cold. We asked some friends if they knew a great HVAC person and George's name came up. I contacted George and he was polite, knowledgeable and quickly let me know what time he would be over to look at the problem.
