Control Alt Delete is the best in our area. A++++ Wow, both my laptops works like new again. I brought our two laptops. My husband's and mine. They did a free diagnostics and told us to get new laptops and they can transfer all our data. NO DON'T DO IT! We bought a used computer from this place and i kept getting a message from Microsoft stating I had counterfeit version of windows - when I called them they didn't dispute this they just told me I had to delete certain files to bypass this. I told them I was not comfortable with that and was told my warranty expired.
Professional, Fast, Experienced Our network was infected with FBI Virus. We watched on TV about this issues. We contacted Control Alt Delete and they sent out two of their network guys to come to our company the same day. Tom and Paul worked until 8:30 at night and troubleshooted the network and about 9 workstations. Everything is up and running. Great experience dealing with this business. Professional, fast and friendly. Highly Recommended.
Reasonable, Friendly and Same day service We needed to move our office in Agawam. Totally Professional and Honest & Friendly. They save you a bundle. If you have any computer or PlayStation issue go and see control alt delete on Sumner avenue.
