Good Experience with honest business Good Service. Our AVG works fine. This is the only company I will go to have my computers fix because they are not afraid to share technology information. They even printed out which site we can go to download free virus cleaners including free AVG. Very honest and reasonable charge. I paid over $399 in Boston. They did my cleaned my two computers from viruses at less than $399. Thanks guys.
Professional World Class An excellent Service Provider. I brought in our two laptops for repair. Theya fixed both the laptops same day without any extra same day fees. Good Job guys. I will be back whenever I have technical questions. I only spent $300 dollars for both laptop repair here, while two other shops in the area was asking for 700 - 900 dollars.

Professional, Fast, Experienced Our network was infected with FBI Virus. We watched on TV about this issues. We contacted Control Alt Delete and they sent out two of their network guys to come to our company the same day. Tom and Paul worked until 8:30 at night and troubleshooted the network and about 9 workstations. Everything is up and running. Great experience dealing with this business. Congratulation of opening up another store in Agawam, MA We just purchased 9 used computers from Control+Alt+Delete and they all work fine. Their technician came all the way to Pittsfield, Ma. They setup our server and added those workstations and printers. Tom also made sure that everyone can check their email and setup a backup procedure. Great service. Fast and very friendly. Thanks Tom - U R The Network Guru My boss asked me to call Control Alt Delete and set up an appointment for Tom to come in and explain about Microsoft Share Point Server setup. He explained and educated us in hardware and software side. We decided to ask for a proposal which Tom Emailed to me the next day. He and his associates came on a Friday and finished the entire set up, installation and network by Monday midday. Its all up and running.
