We used Contractor services of GA to help us with a few projects when building our house. Shower door, shelving, mirrors and most recently gutters. I want to first point out that everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant and wanted to make things right. Where this company lacks is basic communication skills. Projects were constantly pushed, with little to no communication about if and when they were coming. Some projects pushed almost 3-4 weeks beyond the original date. I hired Rene’ and his team to do my bathroom glass shower install. This project started on Sept 17 with the quote and told that it would take 7-10 days to come in and would take an hour to install. 7-10 days ended up being 3weeks. Once he got out to my house the measurements were off and had to reorder a piece of the glass to finish. He installed what he could and mind u that they didn’t clean up the glass from the install. I was recommended to use them by my project manager for our insulation. He mentioned they were great, and his wonderful experiences. Unfortunately I have had an awful experience with them. First it started with them showing up to start/complete the job last week. Costing me time. Worst they failed the county inspection, and left foam stuck to all my windows! I thought no big deal these guys will come back and take care of it jobs not complete... Friday - i expected them to show up, and they acted like they would, but didn't.... read more
