I will never use this company again and will tell everyone i know not to use them either. They started a bathroom rough in for a new bathroom and decided not to come back and finish, on top of that after i paid them they cancelled their permit. Bud is owner and not to be trusted, his word means nothing. The office lady Janilla is very unprofessional and argumentative, i have the email conversations to prove it. Contractors Plumbing, Inc. did work this customer and did choose not to return after the owner had another contractor in to do work after our City of Des Moines inspection. This customer's demands and unfair treatment of our employees contributed to the cancellation of our permit. She was only billed for work completed and didn't pay that bill in full. Contractors Plumbing has been in business for 18 years and always strives to make our customers happy, however, that was not going to happen here.
