From Kathy at the showroom with material selection and ordering to James at the warehouse with pickup and loading, shopping at CFM (Bend, OR) has been a pleasure! Both Kathy & James make it consistently clear that they truly value customer service. CFM has saved us time and money during our construction project and I strongly recommend them.

I worked with Teri Appenzeller at Contract Funishings Mart (CFM) in Bend to give my house a nice refresh. She helped me select wood flooring, new kitchen cabinetry, and counter tops. With her expertise, I was able to update my home but keep it's character. I did not have to do a full renovation (or move) to get the results I've been dreaming of.
Anita is absolutely amazing! She guided me through selecting tile for two bathrooms, flooring for the entire house, and a fireplace surround, making the process seamless and stress-free. Her expertise and attention to detail were invaluable!
