It looks like there's an awful lot of people happy with this place but I went in there about 2 years ago, was selling my father's large old home in the North end/settling his estate and I needed some flooring put down in a big hallway. These people essentially wouldn't give me the time of day. Oh well

As a professional remodeling contractor, CFM is an essential part of my business. Thomas, my sales associate, is one of the best in the business. There are several of the sales associates there that are quite helpful, knowledgeable and know how to be perfect liaisons between Contractor and client as well as Contractor and Vendor. This is why I love using them as my supplier. They take care of you 100%.
I called to get a price on a bathroom vanity. I have all the details of what I want—including size, stain color, and door style. However, they refused to give me a quote over the phone, insisting I visit in person. The representative explained that she didn’t know me and didn’t trust that I had the correct specifications. Disappointing that she assumed I didn't know what I was doing considering I have remodeled and flipped houses in the past.
