I don’t leave negative reviews but I’ve called these guys three times and left voicemails each time with no return call to date. We spent a lot of money on LVP with them. They specifically sold us on its durability and within two years from install, it’s cracking and popping up at the seams. We paid way too much money for this house and this flooring for it to need to be repaired already. Not returning phone calls is just crazy insult to injury though.

This company installed the floors in my new build in 2020. The LVP was cracking and popping under foot, to the point it was cracking and breaking. We contacted the builder prior to our warranty expiring and they said they had this same problem in all the houses in our neighborhood. We’re going to tear up all the flooring and replace it with a new type anyway so we chose not to have it fixed. Won’t be using this company to do the new floors.
