Had a consultation with them a week ago. I met with the resident nurse before meeting with Dr. Eisenberg. I cannot remember her name, but she carried around a blue Lenovo Yoga laptop and she was a taller woman with short black hair. Without any evidence, she told me women under 30 typically regret having a tubal surgery (I am 29), and told me that because of my size (I am plus sized), the doctor may or may not be comfortable performing the surgery on me. Get you in and out very proficient!
I had a bad experience with Nurse Practitioner Susan Mitchell-Derenski at this clinic. She was unprofessional, horrible , and from her talking attitude I feel like she despises me. I left feeling very scared and disappointed. I stopped my appointment without continuing with her. I don't think she should work at this hospital, and I hope others consider my review before seeing her.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They never answer the phone very unprofessional.
Would recommend every female to find a reputable gynecologist at a better facility. Just remember washu is bjc which is also mo bap... The majority of the greater STL area. All of these doctors associate and know one another within the bjc family. If you want better doctors be prepared to do some research. They do have all female doctors in Chesterfield and Ladue if you prefer an all women clinic.. it's worth the travel why go-to the hood and get your car ripped off here?
