Great alternative to big box stores! We went here to purchase a new dishwasher and they did something that has not happened to us in a very long time. We chose a model and when the sales person discovered that it was out of stock he offered the next model up at the same price that was in stock! This was a savings of 300.00 dollars for us! Highly recommend Contra Costa Appliance over the chain appliance stores. Adam was tremendously helpful throughout the purchasing process, provided recommendations/information/solutions, was easily reachable for any questions, and followed through on everything he said he would do. I had to follow-up a few times with the chain stores just to get a quote.
Contra Costa Appliance is #1! Everybody at this business is simply amazing! Jonathan was on time and very professional. I have a lot of pets in my house but he didn't seem to mind. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and installed them quickly. The repair cost a fraction of the amount other shops quoted. My ice maker is happily making ice again! Thank you!
Bought a Bosch fridge from them three years ago and the ice maker failed on numerous occasions. When I purchased the appliance they said I wouldn’t need a service plan nor did they offer one. I ended up spending about $900 in total to get it fixed using the Bosch service technician since the warranty was only 1 year. I asked them for help and they didn’t provide any. Don’t buy Bosch and don’t buy from them. I expected better for a $4k fridge.
