I love this gym. Best gym I have ever had a membership with. Always had to push myself to go the the gym but this one is different. The women have fun and the owner always has extra things going on. Examples: Biggest looser challenges, special deals, and events like paint classes ect. The owner and instructors are wonderful and knowledgeable. A fun and friendly environment. Always a great place to exercise. Friendly atmosphere, great people who work there. The best step instructor in the state. Try it out guaranteed you will make new friends while working out.
The people are what makes this gym great! Not to mention, you don't have to join the gym to participate in a class. Just show up at class time with your $5 and your in.
This is one great gym!! All the women are amazing and the extra classes are fun!! I particularly love zumba,!!!
Awesome women's gym everyone has a goal!!!
