I recently joined and love it here! Everyone is friendly, the classes look like they are so much fun. I’m deciding which ones I want to take. You don’t have to be a member to take the classes. Monica is so sweet and helpful, and her staff is great!
Clean, friendly and welcoming is just part of what makes Contours "THE" place you want to be for your daily work outs! Great staff always there to help you with any questions you may have or help with your program. Many classes from Zumba to Yoga geared for a novice or an expert are offered and look around in class you will even find the owner Monica working out along side you. I just started going there,but I really like it very much. Everyone there is so nice, even if they don't know you. I absolutely Love Monica, she is such a patient soul and she explains everything so well and takes care of your needs. I have not worked out or been to a gym in so long, I couldn't tell you because I was afraid of being laughed at or made fun of. And I feel very comfortable at Contours Express ♡♡♡♡♡
