You're paying for the ambiance. As expensive as this place is, you'd expect to receive a mind blowing massage. My therapist, though she was nice, was awful. She seemed all over the place, like she forgot her routine or something. I told her I had shoulder pain and she didn't even work the area. My experience was great until I checked my account and was charged twice. Was told one charge may fall off after a few days. The manager voice was monotone and did not sound like she cared at all. To bad this will be my last time going here.

I have been going to contour day spa since before it was at this current location and have never experienced anything like I did this past Monday. I usually visit the spa when I'm in town from Virginia. I called to make a an appointment for a shellac manicure and was accommodated despite the holiday rush. Long story short the nail tech was eating lunch while she did my nails, tuna of all things. I was subjected to the smell of tuna every time she opened her mouth to speak. I love this place first time for me and i'm sure it won't be my last... Great service i did a full spa day...First started With soaking in the jacuzzi hot tub, next my message, had lunch, and manicure & pedicure...This was the best day every! Thank you
