I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years. Twice in the past 6 months my nail tech has been out due to vacations or illness. On both events, I was sitting in a pedicure chair waiting on someone to come. No one ever came. The front desk staff would tell me that I was on someone's book, but still no one came.
