Absolutely unacceptable. Over 6 hours of waiting for a dock door with no meaningful communication from receiving. The staff were rude, dismissive, and showed zero respect for drivers. This facility is a perfect example of poor management and complete disregard for people’s time. One of the most unprofessional shipping and receiving operations I have ever encountered. Plenty of overnight parking. Port O John by the receiving entrance. Pretty quick to load or unload.Friendly staff no issues
