I had an appointment scheduled for a few weeks ago at 2pm. I get a text a day or two before that they need to reschedule to later in the day. It’s 12 minutes before my appointment, I’m 1 minute away, and they call me saying that my psychiatrist went home sick and they have to reschedule. Will leave you in danger by not processing medication preauthorizations properly. Will cut you off from care team If you complain about not getting medications approved due to their insufficient paperwork. If you value your life and stability - DO NOT COME HERE.
