This place is a lowball employer and incredibly unethical for being based on a practice with such a strict code of ethics! They promise bonuses and then don't pay them out. Don't work here. I was lied to about rate of pay and not given $750 in promised bonuses. Then they had the audacity to send me an invoice. Ridiculous.
From my perspective as an individual with autism, I strongly oppose promoting ABA therapy due to its negative impact. This approach enforces masking and does not provide meaningful assistance, ultimately exacerbating the challenges faced by individuals with autism. I advise against engaging with anything that endorses ABA therapy, based on my personal experience as someone on the autism spectrum. Avoid pursuing this path.

The staff here is amazing we have been working with them for about 2 years. It is difficult for us to find quality therapy because of our childs dual diagnosis. They are a god send and are very flexible. Thank you!!!!
