I called in to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist or whomever they have answering phones was very rude and unprofessional. I had to call in twice because the first time I was hung up on, then on the second try an African American answered and was whispering. When I couldn't understand what she was saying to me and tried to repeat it she got real snappy and rude. I now see why there are no creditable reviews for this office. Get a new receptionist.
