I would give 0 stars if I could. I called every one of their parts dealers and left a voicemail and then waited a week and never heard back. I emailed all of their parts dealers and waited 2 weeks and haven’t heard back. I have no idea how to get a hold of anyone at this organization for a simple trailer hub cap that I finally found on Amazon. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.
Bad trailor, poor quality, poor craftmanship. Seals replaced inside of weeks, floor peeled in a month, taillights are placed in line of standard dock stops. Finish work on inside walls poor at best! Do youself a favor n stay away!
