Friendliness and knowledge of the staff is second to none. Closed a transaction there on Friday. Everything went smooth as silk. Even had an issue with owner's last name since she had remarried. CT took care of that little glitch with ease. Would highly recommend their services.
Great title company
Terrible experience! 0 stars! My husband and I found out through the buyers realtor that we were not closing on the morning of our closing day. Continental couldn't verify that our home was paid off by the prior owner and would not take the proof from Great American Title where I closed on the home in the past. What a nightmare! I'm happy to say we switched to Great American Title and had 0 issues and have since closed on the home. I will NEVER recommend Continental, why couldn't they find this out sooner than on the closing... read more
