I have had a terrible experience with Continental’s service. My refrigerator has been non-functional for over a month, and despite repeatedly lodging complaints, they have neither repaired nor replaced it. No one is taking responsibility, and the customer service response has been extremely poor. Living without a refrigerator for this long has caused significant inconvenience, yet they continue to delay any resolution.
