Communication at first has been a hit and miss. Wasn’t to clear on how the utilities worked to start with and found that they said at first they covered the water and sewer then was told we had to. Never finished the list of deficiencies before moving in. Did everything I could to leave the place in as good as I moved in… and as seen in my pics, they wrote down the top surface of the stove as the only thing. Lost 450$ of my damage deposit over this. Would have given this company a 2 maybe 3 but Garfield turned it all around. They weren't the most responsive or responsible but since a Garfield took over, amazing response time, understanding and friendly customer service. Thank you, Garfield!!!!!

Called their office and inquired about leasing a property, guy was very unprofessional, didnt even tell me all the steps and information on how to lease the property. Seems like he doesn’t wanna do his job right. I asked him what if we dont need to view the house personally since we’re from other province and we just want to secure the place for us. He said will just us back because they are busy. Lol hope the higher management would see and do something about this. Poor customer service relation.
