Lifeguard used our pool like her own personal pool, complete with NSFW music and smoking cigarettes in the pool with her bf and friends. Lifeguard was caught ripping cigarettes in a no smoking area. 3 hours late opening the pool and then she needed to "take a break " 45 minutes after opening it. The 3 hours wasn't enough of a break for you??? This company has also made its own rules at our pool thinking they own the pool. Now we can't use pool floats in the pool. Its BS.
