As a mechanic with continental plastics, I deal daily with repairs on older manufacturing equipment. Parts are hard to come by as they are not still manufactured. We fabricate alot of parts in our extensive well equiped machine shop to keep these older machines plugging along. We are a smaller business, with a product that doesn't net much profit, so high output is our focus. The pace can be hectic, but the work has been steady.
