Management team is friendly and quick to respond. The location is super convenient close to FSU, TCC, and lots of shops and restaurants. It’s a solid choice if you want a well managed place in a great spot.
Continental Park has been a great place to live. The complex is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere and a super convenient location near shops and transit. My apartment is spacious and bright, and maintenance is always quick to respond. Sometimes there are a lot of dogs (on leash) outside, which could be an issue for some people, but overall, I’m very happy here and would definitely recommend it.
Living at Continental Park has been such a positive experience! The location is incredibly convenient, and my apartment is spacious and comfortable. The community is quiet, and the maintenance team is quick to respond whenever I need something. The management here genuinely cares about residents and keeps everything well-maintained. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home in Tallahassee.
Residents at this complex leave huge mounds of dog poop all over — management does nothing about it. The smell all over the premises is pungent and repulsive.
