We bought a new 2017 outlander from them . Everything was great until it was totaled on 2.20.2020. We were told to cancel the extended maintenance and 5 in 1 contracts to come to dealer to sign papers. That was on 2/28/2020. The balance of money coming back is 1656.00. They keep claiming they sent checks to Wells Fargo . Wells Fargo never received any of the checks. We asked them to electronic transfer said they can,t . Very professional and very friendly service advisors.
Brought a vehicle from them a few years ago. Had to change the plates on my car and the front frame wouldn’t come off. Take it into the dealer. Tells me they have to cut it off and replace it with new bolts. Fine I’ll pay for the bolts but then wants to charge me $18 extra to change a plate. Something as easy as changing a plate shouldn’t have to cost me so much.....especially since I purchased the car brand new from here. Big turn off, my car is paid for and was contemplating buying a new car. I won’t be buying it from here... read more
An outstanding service department is the reason people return to a specific dealership, and Continental Mitsubishi has one of the best. I was dissatisfied with the level of service received at another shop and decided to check Continental out - I am happy to report they have exceeded my expectations and I will have my car serviced there as long as I own it.
I spoke with Aron a few times...told him my price range and what not, was told come on in we can work out a deal with you..so I drive all the way from Joliet, get there thinking I'm leaving with a brand new car the way they acted on the phone...they come at me with double what my car payment would be and wanting a huge down payment which we had discussed prior.
