Our experience with Continental Honda was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We worked with James, a kind sales rep who we trusted and were ready to buy a vehicle from. Unfortunately, before we could finalize the purchase, his coworker sold the vehicle out from under us. James apologized and explained he was new, and the manager assured us another identical vehicle would arrive within a week or two. We paid a $500 deposit and waited patiently. I appreciated the quick and efficient service for leasing. Albert S was especially helpful and thorough. I have worked with Honda in the past but Albert seems really with it. He understands the situation and your needs pretty quickly and does not push anything you don’t really want or need. He is conscientious and wants you to enjoy your vehicle experience.
