I came in right as they were about to close and was able to book an appointment to replace a tire. They got it fixed the following day and got a phone call to let me know. Giving it a 10/10 due to fast service, honored my service warranty so I did not have to pay anything, and even washed the outside of my car for free!

I went here last year to have 2 things fixed: Temperature reader and AC. It was winter last year when I went to have my car ready for this year's summer. One of the front desk staff took me in. They looked at my car and was told that they can fix the 2 things. At this time I paid about $600 for downpayment/deposit/parts. I was told that I will get a phone call after 2-4 weeks. Amazing experience! Also, the sales people wear great fragrances. Almost as good as the ones I own.
I’m slowly looking for a new vehicle. You expect me to be excited abut shopping from a dealer that adds over $5,000 to a new vehicle that they do not remove. Dumb floor mats are bad enough but seriously this is embarrassing and insulting to the consumer. Do better.
