This was our second visit to this dealership and unfortunately we had the same experience both times with the same salesperson. We came in specifically asking to compare trims and discuss our options, starting from the base model. The salesperson repeatedly stated, “this is all we have,” and never once offered to sit down with us or check inventory on the computer. Alex is a competent professional who patiently helped take the mystery out of our new Honda . Je demonstrated and described how to access and use the many technical elements on the car. We loved his follow up email assuring us of his continued service with any further questions we might have and provided numerous references to other aids and online sites. Every time you call, they just hang up on you. Looks like they don't want service. They don't want your business, go elsewhere.
Our experience with Continental Honda was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We worked with James, a kind sales rep who we trusted and were ready to buy a vehicle from. Unfortunately, before we could finalize the purchase, his coworker sold the vehicle out from under us. James apologized and explained he was new, and the manager assured us another identical vehicle would arrive within a week or two. We paid a $500 deposit and waited patiently.
