I’ve been a customer for 5 or 6 years. Historically I purchased more material from Continental hardwoods but they have become less competitive and increasingly difficult To work with. My current “salesman “ Mat Sorem has misquoted me on multiple items causing me to purchase materials elsewhere, then when he corrected the misquote he changed parameters multiple times.
