Gabby was my hairdresser since I was a toddler
Recently had a lot of health issues and knots in my hair got matted. Had to cut all my hair off which gave me so much anxiety and embarrassment. We spoke with judy on the phone and she was incredible. When we arrived she right away asked me if I wanted to do it it in the back away from people as I want high on the anxiety train. Went in today to book an appointment with her for highlights and booked for 2.30pm. She fit us in and was very accommodating. We book this appointment at 1pm. However, I decided not to move forward with them. She called around 1.20pm to ask if we could come sooner since she had a cancelation and I told her I was unable to come at all. More than 1hour before the preset appointment and she was so rude about it. Saying we should have called sooner. When should I have called her? Before I booked the appointment?
