We've been using Continental Elevator since 2021, and they've been nothing short of outstanding. We previously had a vendor who neglected inspections (even missed a 5-year load test since 2012!) and left a barrel of elevator oil in our pool area. Someone worked for this company under my identity. I tried to get to the bottom of it and almost immediately the first person I talked to on the phone rushed telling me that no one with my name ever worked at the company.
