This place is damn rediculous!! Sit out in a hot parking lot for hours in a day cab!!!! Added more bays but still sit. WTH. Big thank you to the company i work for and for continental for destroying my day with my family. The powers that be come up with the damn loads. They dont have to deal with it. This place SUCKS!!!!!!
When this place opened it was suppose to be some state of the art plant. It is now the most dreaded plant my company delivers to. They break down constantly & a 5 hr wait is normal. If you deliver to the night shift they are usually pretty good. The day shift is a joke! I have literally stood at the back of my trailer over an hour after washing trying to get a so called worker to get me a wash tag & seals so I could leave. Maybe someone can explain this to me. I have been driving 20 years, and pulling tanker 1.5 years. In all my years I have never had to sit so much for free. Continental has the same attitude towards drivers as all the other dairies, drivers time is worthless. Exactly how does the dairy industry get away with this attitude? It shouldn't take 4-6 hours for a wash out and cream load out. If you schedule tanks then be ready to load out at the appointment time.
