Its been a couple of years since I picked up a load out of this facility but my experience is much like the inbound milk haulers experience long waits and poor communication. Bad news is its seems to be a disease that is overtaking the Milk hauling business the bigger the plant the longer the wait. We need to start charging punitive delay fees like the flat bed industry does, 2 hours free then 75.00 to 150 dollars and hour and company drivers need to get at least 1/2 of that.
It's a fucking joke. Receivers are fucking slow and lazy
It's hit and miss here. Sometimes you can go in and out in a lil over an hour and at times be there 38 hours waiting to load. I pick up loads there approximately 3 times a week. Its my favorite place to load. I like most of the staff, very friendly most of the time. Wish they could speed up the process and not have as many issues. I like when they are up front and honest and communicate issuses, so if its going to be a while you can walk and get food or go to the store and get stuff you need or get some sleep.
