I am very pleased with the customer service we received during the application and move in process. Ms. Sheila showed great care and compassion when communicating with my mother. It puts me at ease knowing my mom is in good hands. They even have activities to keep the residents entertained and active.
manament is nasty and horrible needs tobe replaced
The management there is awful. Pool is never cleaned, people who don't live in the neighborhood are always there being loud & more! Plus the rent is not cheap for how bad the conditions are. Lived there for two years and I hate it. Had a leak in my cealing, complained for months and no one fixed it. Probably still leaking to this day. That's how bad is it there.
