Nice people from top to bottom and no pressure from anyone. Danny Byrd in sales is the best. Knows his stuff and is fun to work with too! I am dismayed at some of the negative comments below. That was not my experience with anyone there.
My experience with Mercedes of Austin was easy going. I traded my Lexus IS250 for an E350 and during the entire experience I felt like I was just hanging out shooting the breeze with everyone I met with. They even listened when it came time to bargain and always treated me like a good buddy they hadn't seen for awhile. I got my E350 at the price I aimed for and they gave me a fair offer on my Lexus.
