Quick cut and was didn't cost much. Will be going back again.
First time I had an older gentleman cut my hair --- undercut. Good job at charged $12. Next time I went, he wasn't there; only a younger guy there by himself. I was expecting $12 bu he charged me $20. Ok haircut. Needless-to-say, I never returned. A quality 10-15 minute haircut shouldn't cost more than $15. My hipster barbershop in Barcelona, washed my hair, trimmed my beard, waxed my ears and did the haircut for €15! BCN is a much more expensive city than PS.
