Worst possible place to buy aftermarket parts, they never answer the phone, they never send you credits which messes up your accounting, and returns are a nightmare. Do not buy from this company, take them off your vendor list.
Worst parts company I have ever dealt with. They sell low quality parts and then refuse to pick up their garbage and give you a credit. They let the returns sit until they are past their return limit. I wish I could give zero stars. I have dealt with these people for two years and the service has always been horrible. You have been warned. Take your business elsewhere.
Extremely rude people when you call with a problem, and they regularly simply hang up on you and lots of damaged parts. I’d steer away personally.
Would leave them a zero rating if one was available. Completely wreckless and careless delivery driver passed cars on double yellow lines with oncoming traffic in Waynesboro PA on 2/10/24. Included in the oncoming traffic was a motorcyclist that was ran off the road. Calls to Continental to complain went unanswered.
