My in-laws bought an AC unit from Continental A/c Heating inc. They are having issues with the AC and have tried calling all the numbers listed with no response. They have been trying to get a hold of someone for more than 2 months. Next step will be to go to court.
Very poor customer service, I purchased a Fujitsu a/c system from Jay , who promptly installed the system, received my payment in full, and now will not return my calls for repair of my defective system. He failed to register the purchase from the manufacturer, and will not speak to me after the sale! Run from this company!!!

Bought a new AC system. From them they won't do ant warty work. Won't. Return calls when I get a hold of them they don't show up don't. Ever use them bad company in going. To report them to the lincen board so they can't. To continue. To do this to other peopple. Check with bob bad reviews
I'm not great at this but I want folks to know that Continental is GREATTTT in every way, pricing, attention, and most of all There sales representatives always on everybody like if it was there own home making sure everything is done as they promised!!!. THANK YOU
