I haven't worked there long but so far it's been fair, the pay is meh not bad and the pace is no problem for anyone. I feel blessed to have got this job in these times and I'm recommending it to my sister in law.

I was employed with Spherion Staffing Agency for 6 months working with Contine as a temp. The supervisor’s are very lazy and lack a-lot of communication. They expect you to get the job done with certain amount of hours, due to labor. The one supervisor that I had to deal with was Torran. Every time, that I needed something to get the job done. So what I noticed about this place is that they will use people from temp agencies to do what nobody else wants to do, not to mention the ignorance and unprofessional supervisors who would lie and tell temp agency they need a machine operator and once the person shows up, they say umm there has been changes so you will go lift 80 pound packages all day with no help for 8 hours. And yes I am an American born and raise here the guy was my son, y’all missed out on a great worker.
