I've just listened to several hours of recorded meetings at Huberman podcast. Dr Conti seems to be very nice and experienced in his field, but listening to him was very challenging if not painful. He is obsessive about the word "right" to the point he says it five times in a single sentence, every single sentence. This kind of mania makes it almost impossible to focus on the content. It is rather ironic, that he's a psychiatrist as this mania just made me anxious.
Dr.Conti and Mark Shore have been the only people I have met, for 8 years now. I cannot say enough they saved my life when I really needed someone to say I can help, and you are worth it
Dr Paul Conti is the best! He saved my wife's life! We went thru a plethora of medical pros for years to no avail. He has changed everything for us. A fine doctor and a fine man.
