The Oak Street Health staff at the Fenkell St. location are professional, friendly, caring, polite, cheerful, efficient, knowledgeable, and more. I highly recommend them for primary care health needs. Nurse Practitioner Content Taylor is my blessing from God.

Ms. Taylor was pleasant but seemed to be in a hurry, she rushed through the visit.
Content Taylor is professional and knowledgeable. She's able to respond to all my concerns and questions. However there are times when she is too blunt. I'm not looking for her to sugar coat anything but presentation is important, especially as we are still building our rapport.
