Great place to get a good workout in, or punches out!!
Excellent traditional Muay Thai classes, the best in the Monadnock / Brattleboro region. Hard training, for beginners to those looking to fight Muay Thai . Highly recommend checking out!
Amazing environment Amaizing instructors and Amazing Members. I mostly go for the mua thai class on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and I always feel like the class is tailored to help all skill levels. 5 Stars.
You do get a good workout, I give them that much, but if you're not radically advanced or are a beginner, Matt doesn't seem to have time for you to show you the ropes. I understand that there's guys in there who compete, but you should get what you pay dues for. If you're new and looking to learn boxing, muay thai, or just jujitsu, there's better choices out there.
