A video was posted about a little girl who was told she was ugly because of her skin and her response was that everyone is beautiful no matter their color. Your employee made comments that the little girl deserved it because she is spreading negativity simply because of her existence. Why do you employ someone who thinks that calling everyone beautiful is evil?
