He was straightforward as to what would be required, the time frame, the details and requirements of permitting, specifics of the energy credit/charge system that we could expect from our utility (Ameren Mo), the tax credit. What a great experience! After shopping around and comparing bids, we finally decided to go with Sunsent for our solar installation and I couldn't be happier. They listened to our needs, didn't try to push excessive or unnecessary hardware on us and gave us a great price. Once we signed the contract, the installation happened quickly and without any problems. Why won’t this company call me back? I spent over 30k in 2024 with Sunsent and now they are avoiding me. I called Sunsent in January for service; I spoke to 3 different people. They all told me someone would call me back, but they haven’t. It is now March. I called another company and they were out the following week. I guess Sunsent just does installs.
