We placed a deposit with SunSent in July 2025 and as of November 14th they had not filed for approvals from the HOA, the City or the County. They told us they had approvals, but we found out different when we attempted to verify. They are now ghosting us and we are taking legal action to recover our deposit. Beware!
My installed system from august 2024 is performing well below expectations. Despite reaching out at the 6 month and multiple times at the1 year mark, I have yet to receive any feedback on their warranty and next steps. Update: up to 3 stars. Sunsent had reviewed the system and are working on identifying the cause and solution. I will adjust my review as this case moves forward.
Worked with Arta on a bid for solar panels. Great service, low pressure and worked hard to answer all of my questions. After a lot of work and effort, Sunsent determined my house was actually a poor fit for solar based on a drone survey (I have ALOT of shade) and we ended up not moving forwards. Still wanted give a shout out to a great local company that obviously places a lot of value on customer satisfaction rather than making a quick buck.
