I was an out of state customer. Dr. Ball performed a Root Canal in 2019. Nothing was said to me about how important it was to attend the follow-up appointment to see how the tooth was healing. A follow up-appointment should have been done within one month after the root canal was performed - not one year when I received such a blase form letter and especially NOT 2 YEARS after the root canal surgery. Previously, I had given Dr. Ball and her staff a perfect rating in a Google review following a root canal that was done on a rear molar in January, 2019 - BUT I am downgrading the Review to the lowest grade possible based on the way events unfolded in 2021: It was extremely clear that Dr. Ball planned for the root canal to fail when she did the work in 2019 - which was a horrifying & seriously unnecessary experience for a patient who is almost 60-years old, who has taken very good care of her teeth all her life; who had bra... read more
