Curteous staf, explaines procedures well
The protocols for COVID were carried out to the letter. The staff was friendly and professional. I experienced some pain, but I think it was due to the Novocain. A special one is used for people with hypertension and that doesn’t last as long as regular Novocain. The doctor was profuse in his apologies. It wasn’t a bad experience and I would do it again. Thank you!
I was stressed about my apicoectomy but it went great. Even my recovery was great. The doctors are personable and the staff is friendly.
