Terrible customer service. I returned after 9 years because my implant crown cracked. I had initially spent 6500. All they could do for me was offer new services at the cost of $5000. I was under the impression that it would last over 20 years..that’s what I was told. When asked to see the warranty and records they brushed me off. After 9 years of having it...definitely should have spent my money somewhere else.
Dr Habib was excellent and has a great sense of humor.I'm on my 4th implant and very happy with his work.I had no pain which I couldn't believe. I will be sending more people to him.The only down fall is waiting in the office for a long time however the staff are very friendly and cooperative
