I’ve been trying to get my stove fixed for months now. After months of complaining they move in another stove from another apartment. It’s having the same problem and maintenance is telling me it’s fine. Our windows and doors leak every time we have a storm and they won’t fix them. The grounds and landscaping look crappy lately. The office people and manager won’t let you talk to anyone above them and just want to keep saying that they can’t do anything about it. I would never tell anyone to move in here.
Do not move here. I originally wrote a good review for this place after living here a couple of months. I would like to take that back as I’ve been here about a year and a half and am counting the days down until I can get out of this nightmare I am living in. We lived in a 2bedroom on the first floor. Our neighbors washing machine flooded at 1am and all the water started pouring out of our smoke detectors and flooding our entire bedroom and damaging a lot of our property. RecommendedContempo Lane has the best office staff they are very nice and very helpful. The Maintenance workers are very nice to you when they come in to do work orders. I would totally recommend this place.
Contempo Lane was my home for a year and I enjoyed every moment! Great place to live and so close to schools and eateries. I only moved to purchase a home. Loved this apartment!
Best community I have ever lived in! The staff is AMAZING! They are so friendly and very accommodating. The apartments are beautiful and as soon as something needs to be fixed, they are on it. Dunedin is an awesome area so that’s a plus. Highly recommend!
great value, caring office staff and wonderful promt maintenance staff makes this place a great place to live as well as the location.
I have lived her for a little over 2 months and I absolutely love it here. Tiffany in the office is amazing and super friendly. the grounds are always clean and ever member of the staff that I've met has been super helpful. this is the best complex I have lived at by far. The valet trash is also a plus for me haha! I definitely recommend checking them out!
Best Apartment Living Ever! Love this place. :) Staff is great. Great community for the most part. Love it here.
