No call/ no show X2. Wasted 12 hours waiting for the tech in the given window. BS stories about why not here... Only after calling them about no visit!! Guess they have enough customers to not care about existing customers....
Poor installation. Haven't had a working garage door in about 5 months and they continue to not fix the issue. Had to resort to hiring another company to help.
