Terrible customer service. Two packages of glass arrived with broken bottles without taking responsibility for it.
I’m honest shocked at the lack of professionalism by this company. I had placed an order on November 18. I realized I hadn’t gotten shipping information and was wondering where my package was on December 2 so decided to call to speak with somebody. Jenn, the girl who originally took my order, let me know that she would send me shipping information that day.
