I did not use this company’s services, but I had an encounter with the owner outside our business. She was double-parked, blocking traffic, and when asked to move so that I may park, she rolled her eyes and only pulled forward a couple of feet instead of parking in an open spot out of the way. This was disruptive and unprofessional.
