They are capable of doing good (not great) work but they're incredibly disorganized. You can call for resources but they'll provide you with outdated info. Never in a million years would I want friends to call 988 if they were feeling suicidal. Overall the organization is run poorly and constantly seems thrown together.
I worked for Contact for 2 yrs starting in 2015 and in that time I was diagnosed with a major illness that required not one but two surgeries that forced me to go on temp disability. As an employee I built sick time while working and after returning to work I had to use this sick time because the treatment for my illness caused physical issues that required downtime.
